Ingredients

  • Ground Flax Seed -Source of Omega 3 Fatty Acids. Fatty acids support  skin function. Ground flax also contains phytonutrients and fiber that help support your dog's good body function.
  • Dried kelp- Natural source of iodine and many trace minerals.
  • Yeast Culture- Live  yeast that provide digestive enzymes and vitamins. Not to be confused with Candida yeast that causes yeast infections.
  • Dried yeast- Source of  digestible amino acids and B complex vitamins. Also referred to as nutritional yeast and not to be confused with brewer's yeast or "candida yeast" that causes yeast infections.
  • Ground Grain Sorghum- Natural  antioxidant.
  • Fructooligosaccharide- A complex sugar that is a prebiotic. Fructooligosaccharide passes through the stomach then small intestine undigested. As it enters the large intestine it is available as food for the beneficial bacteria that live in the large intestine. The beneficial bacterial cultures can thus thrive and start to starve out the pathogenic yeast (Candida albicans) that cause yeast infections. *An important note: the yeast we put into our products is not the same species that causes yeast infections.
  • Zinc methionine complex- A highly digestible form of zinc. Zinc methionine is a zinc atom bound to a methionine amino acid molecule. Body cells love methionine so they readily absorb it and the zinc atom goes along for the ride. Zinc is an antioxidant mineral, essential for many vital enzymatic processes. Zinc is needed for a functioning reproductive and immune system, for tissue renewal, maintenance of the skin and for healthy bones and teeth. Zinc helps support the function of the liver and the release of vitamin A. Zinc is required for the development of the skeletal system, nervous system and for brain function. Methionine is an amino acid with antioxidant activity which assists detoxification. Methionine aids the metabolism of Omega-3 essential fatty acids.
  • Alfalfa nutrient concentrate-Take everything good about alfalfa and condense it, like one giant super vegetable!
  • Aspergillus oryzae fermentation product dehydrated- Direct fed microbial that helps support immune system and  digestive tract.
  • Aspergillus niger fermentation product dehydrated-Direct fed microbial that helps support immune system and  digestive tract.
  • Lactobacillus acidophilus fermentation product dehydrated-Direct fed microbial that helps support immune system and  digestive tract.
  • Lactobacillus casei fermentation product dehydrated- Direct fed microbial that helps support immune system and  digestive tract.
  • Bifidobacterium thermophilum fermentation product dehydrated- Direct fed microbial that helps support immune system and  digestive tract.
  • Enterococcus faecium fermentation product dehydrated-Direct fed microbial that helps support immune system and  digestive tract.

Medium Dogs:

We consider a medium dog a breed like a Beagle. Each scoop contains enough supplement to fortify 2 cups of food each day. There are 90 servings in each box.

 Special Note:

Some medium breed dogs may fall into the large category because of their larger size and weight. If your dog is large for his breed, overweight or is in-between medium and large then purchase the 90 day supply for a "Large Dog". You will see better results feeding a "little more" than "not enough".

For Additional Nutrients

  1. My Dogs skin and coats greatly improved

Posted by Barry on Nov 27th 2015

I have 2 dogs a Boarder Collie and a Queensland Healer the Collie had a problem with spots which are almost all gone now and the Queensland coat was looking bad she has vastly improved.

  2. Gotta Have Dinovite

Posted by Missouri, USA on Nov 27th 2015

I give one scoop of Dinovite to my 35 pound dog with each meal. It seems like when he has more Dinovite, he doesn't scratch his skin as much. Dinovite recommends only 1/2 scoop with each meal, but more (as in a whole scoop) has helped him.

  3. Success

Posted by C Powers on Nov 27th 2015

Dino vote has helped my lab regain most of her hair. Babs is a 6 yr old labador/German Shepard mix. She started losing her hair and scratching very badly back in the summer. She also had a bad odor that no amount of bathing could get rid of. I tried giving her baths in oatmeal and other skin conditioning mixes, but to no avail. The vet wanted to give her a series of shots, but at a huge cost that I was unable to afford at the time. Then I heard about Dinovite and am so glad I gave it a try. She still has some hair loss, but the odor is gone and she continues to get better every week.
    Thank you for you help

  4. NOT SURE ABOUT IT

Posted by Bob Bowman on Nov 27th 2015

Starting feeding our 3 Beagles Dinovite along with Lickochops about 3 weeks ago according to serving directions. It has ha minimal effect on improving the itching, scratching, and dry skin on all 3 of our Beagles. Not sure about its effectiveness; from all the comments and suggestions on here by Dinovite, it just sounds like you're trying to sell additional products as solutions!

Note from Dinovite: Hang in there you are only 1/3 of the way into the process give it some time. Also, make sure you are reading the emails we are sending because they help explain the process and how you can support your dogs' good health through nutrition.

  5. She lovesit

Posted by Unknown on Nov 26th 2015

Finally found something that she likes and is good for her. The itching is still bothering her,but hope that settles down soon.

  6. Dogs hate it!

Posted by Unknown on Nov 25th 2015

We have seven dogs in our family. Two of them have skin issues leading to my purchase of this supplement. The first day both dogs ate it. That was it. No matter how we try to serve Dinovite they refuse to eat it. I purchased LickOchops and mixed it in. I tried water, milk, beef gravey and even tried to serve it in cooked oatmeal. Just to test it out I tried to feed it to the other dogs. The only one that would eat it is our Dobie. Now mind you, I never got past the first 3 day amount. I even lowered the amount. I am sorry, but it is not my mind set to let my dog go hungry just to try to get them to eat this stuff. It is not ok with me to have my dog hack and throw up just to get them to eat this stuff. This is absolutely the worse product I have ever purchased.

Note from Dinovite: Try starting with just a tiny pinch of Dinovite in the bottom of your dog's food bowl, then pour their food on top and do not mix. Feed their food like this for 2 weeks, then slowly increase to the correct serving. Make sure the pinch is so small you can barely see it. Dogs have a very sensitive sense of smell and some resist eating something new. I know you are frustrated but this can be turned around without much trouble. Another trick you can do is to mix a teaspoon of Dinovite and a teaspoon of lickochops, then serve this mixture on a separate plate next to their food bowl. Many of the dogs who seem to "hate" the Dinovite will eat this mixture. It sounds counter intuitive but it works. Also, keep feeding it to your Dobie because I think you will be please with the results.

  7. Dog is not a fan

Posted by Unknown on Nov 25th 2015

My dog doesn't like the powder, but if I put Lick-o-chops with it then she is fine to eat it. I think I will try the squeezable dinovite next. Haven't really noticed a difference in the amount of shedding, but her coat is shiny.

Note from Dinovite: Hang in their and feed it for the full 90 days.

  8. Best.Supplement.Evah.

Posted by ginny on Nov 22nd 2015

I have German Shepherd dogs, which are known for shedding what amounts to tumbleweeds. They also have somewhat stiff guard hairs. I have tried many supplements over the years but Dinovite is the only one that made their coats soft & shiny, including those guard hairs! Through some sort of magic, it also cuts down on that funky dog smell and reduces The Itchies. I recommend this product to anyone whose dog has dry skin, dull coat or smells funky. Even feeding super premium dog food leaves some dogs with nutritional deficiencies. Dinovite makes up for this. I sprinkle it on their dry food and add a little bit of warm water. Even my somewhat picky 6 yr old guy eats it eagerly. Try it for yourself - it really does everything the commercials say!

  9. Happy Dog

Posted by Louanne Rozek on Nov 21st 2015

Our dog Fiona is a Bichon Frise with a horrible coat. We got her as a rescue and we had no idea what she had been fed by her other owners. All we know is that her fur was course and brittle. After 90 days using Dinovite Fi is like a new dog! She isn't licking and biting her paws. Her fur feels soft and healthy.

  10. Marginally Effective

Posted by Jon on Nov 21st 2015

After about 30 days of using Dinovite as directed, we have not seen results that even closely align with the glowing repots heard on the radio ads. Our dog still scratches and chews on her feet and tail. We "hoped" her ears might clear up a bit or experience some relief but none has come. She never has smelled bad so there's no way to evaluate that. Unless there's a significant improvement in these areas in the remaining 45 days or so, our first order will be our last (and we'll be submitting a refund request). Sorry, it's just not working for us.

Note fromDinovite: Hang in there, you are only 1/3 of the way into the process. Try adding the Supromega fish oil to the mix, the additional Omega 3s can help with the itchy dry skin. Also, make sure you are opening the emails we are sending because they explain the process and offer helpful suggestions.

  11. Dog loves it

Posted by Unknown on Nov 20th 2015

Maybe my beagle just loves to eat but she is always eager to chow down on her food with dinovite sprinkled on top.

  12. Haven't noticed a difference yet

Posted by Unknown on Nov 17th 2015

We have been using the Dinovite for about a month. My dog loves it, but we have not noticed any difference in the amount of itchiness or in his coat. We will continue to use and hope to see some benefit soon

Note from Dinovite: Hang in there and give it the full 90 days. Also, try adding some Supromega fish oil to the mix. The additional Omega 3s can help itchy skin.

  13. Premature Evaluation

Posted by Ken Howe on Nov 16th 2015

My 2 Bichon Frises are just up to recommended supplement serving last week. They seem to tolerate it well when mixed with their no grain dry food, broth and other fish oil, vit E and arthritis meds. I think to be honest I will withhold my opinion for at least 30 more days.

  14. Good nutritional supplement

Posted by Unknown on Nov 16th 2015

We are slowly introducing this to our dogs and it does seem to be making them have more energy, some are still scratching, but we do feel it is a good product. I think we'll continue to use it even if just for the extra supplement. I feel that over time it will be a very good addition to our dogs nutrition. We have 10 dogs !!!!

Note from Dinovite: Wow 10 dogs! Next time around look into the multi dog box because it has a considerably savings.

  15. Not seeing much of a difference.

Posted by qofspain on Nov 15th 2015

Sad to say, my dog's itchiness and constant chewing on areas of her body (not fleas) has not abated. Disappointed.

Note from Dinovite: Try adding some Supromega fish oil to the mix. The added omega 3s can help with the itchy skin.

  16. Beaglicious

Posted by Trudi on Nov 15th 2015

I have 2 very spoiled beagles. One is middle-aged with cancer and the other is elderly. A friend of my mother-in-law suggested this product. I made the homemade dog food (recipe on dinovite website) for the first time last month. Within the first week there was a noticeable difference in both dogs' energy levels. Now after being on the diet for a month the changes in their demeanor, coat, and energy levels is getting noticed by everyone. They both love the taste of it too. This definitely gets the 2 beagle paw seal of approval!

  17. Unsure how to rate???

Posted by Linda Engle on Nov 15th 2015

My two dogs seemed to like Dynovite at first and my small dog is finicky but the med size eats like a hog and did well on it. She was the one who licks her paws so much and turned her white fur to a reddish brown color. Tried to feed her daily serving with food and she ate a little and then threw up quite a bit of food and now turns her nose up with any on it. I am so disappointed for I thought this was just what she needed to leave her paws alone. She scratches and bites and chews on her paws. Any suggestions???

Note from Dinovite: When a dog throws up after eating the Dinovite it is a texture/particle size thing. Take a serving of your dog's food and Dinovite and mix in a equal amount of water. Then, let the mixture sit until the food absorbs all the water. This is easily done in the refrigerator by putting the mix in a tupperware. Make sure the tupperware is large enough to accommodate the swelled food. It should be about twice as big. It turns into a meat-loaf looking mash. Dogs like it and it should stop the problem.

  18. still have itchy skin

Posted by Unknown on Nov 14th 2015

I am happy that my dogs like Lick of chops and Dinovite. So far the dog with itchy skin still itches.
The main thing is they will eat it and seem to like it. I am feeding them hamburger and Dinovite and Lickochops. Any suggestions?

Note from Dinovite: Try adding Supromega to the mix. The additional omega 3s can help with itchy skin.

  19. Saved my Frenchie!

Posted by Tracy S. on Nov 14th 2015

Dinovite was recommended by a friend to help my french bulldog with her yeast build up on her skin and sensitive stomach. She has been on it almost a year now and has not had to go to the Vet for any stomach issues. In the past she has been hospitalized twice for dehydration from vomiting because of how sensitive her stomach is. We switched her diet to a salmon dog food and add in dinovite, omega 3 fish oil, and lick-o-chops. This has saved her so much pain and agony! Thank you for a great product!! P.S. She loves the beef nub nubs also!

  20. Excellent product!

Posted by Unknown on Nov 13th 2015

After several months of extreme scratching and after changing our dog's food, the vet recommended putting the dog on steroids which we REALLY did not want to do. We read about Dinovite and decided to try it and Dinovite in combination with Lick-O- Chops has stopped the scratching!! No steroids and we have a happy pup!!

  21. Suppliment

Posted by Howard elakman on Nov 13th 2015

I like to add a liquid (chicken stock) to his meal. The powdery consistency makes his meal kind of gooey. Why is there diatomaceous earth in it? I use that in o pool filter.

Note from Dinovite: The diatomaceous earth in Dinovite is "amorphous silica" and food grade. The stuff you use in your pool is calcined and crystalline, not good. Diatomaceous earth supplies silica and is an anti caking agent.

  22. my dog's won't eat with DinoVite on their food

Posted by Dick Hansen on Nov 13th 2015

sorry but my dog's don't like it

Note from Dinovite: Try starting with a tiny pinch of the Dinovite on the bottom of their food bowl, then pour their food on top and do not mix. Feed their food like this for 2 weeks, then slowly increase to the correct serving size. Make sure the pinch is so small your can barely see it. Dogs can smell and track people and items just by smell so it does not take much.

  23. Holy cow, it works

Posted by Unknown on Nov 13th 2015

My 11 year old was in bad shape with the scratching and the rough skin. About a week or two later the rough spots were gone, the hair was back and no more scratching.

  24. Dog's Best Friend

Posted by Kathleen on Nov 12th 2015

Besides humans, Dinovite is a dog's best friend. We have been feeding our English cocker spaniel Dinovite for about a year. Recently we ran out and did not order any more. shortly thereafter, our dog started scratching his ears, scratching his skin, chewing on his feet, increased dandruff, and started having gas. In desperation, I ordered Dinovite. A week after starting Dinovite again, all the above are gone. Most of all the gas.
Dinovite makes all the difference in the world. Thank you for this product. My dog thanks you too!

  25. Happy Dog

Posted by Lanae on Nov 12th 2015

My dog is not just my companion but also a working dog on our small farm. We began her on Dinovite earlier this year and at that time she was miserable and was only a shell of her former self. It did take three months to rid her of red itchy skin and lethargy but now her coat is shiny, she spends her days chasing squirrels and rabbits and is back on duty with me each day as I work around our livestock.
The product is great and the emails helped with expectations and kept me encouraged that progress was being made. Thank you!

  26. The doggie likey

Posted by Chris Parker on Nov 11th 2015

My dog took to the Dinovite immediately. Whether it is in her dinner with the Lickochops or sprinkled on her dry food at breakfast, she cleans her bowl out every time and I can tell she feels better. She has much more energy now and is not eating grass as often.

  27. Dinovite

Posted by Deno in Alpine, CA on Nov 11th 2015

Best thing that ever happened to our dogs. Started using it to address bad skin for our oldest doxi and now use it for our other doxi and our shepherd. Mix in home made dog food for them.

  28. Dinogreat

Posted by Frank Saunders on Nov 11th 2015

I have been using dinovite in my best friends dinner for about a year now and she has never been happier or healthier.
    Good stuff,
    Thanks, Frank

  29. I'm sure it's great for some dogs

Posted by David on Nov 11th 2015

I will be returning, as my dog, who really needs all that is advertised about it, won't go near it... no matter how I try to hide, disguise, etc.

Note from Dinovite: Before you give up try starting with a tiny pinch of the Dinovite on the bottom of your dog's food bowl then pour the food on top and do not mix, Feed like this for 2 weeks, then slowly increase to the correct serving. Make sure the pinch is so small you can barely see it. This method works well.

  30. Absolutely Amazing

Posted by Jacqueline on Nov 9th 2015

Our Sharpe puppyi was suffering with itching biting scratching himself raw. We put him on Dynavite and his coat has grown thicker he is out of the cone . He as been on it for a month now great energy and not biting and scratching as much. We are going to stick with Dynovite!!

  31. Doing Better

Posted by Unknown on Nov 9th 2015

The dogs seem to like it quite a bit. Been using it for about 60 days. While one of my dogs is less flaky and a little less shedding, I havent noticed a big difference in the sheen of the coat. Not sure if less shedding has to do with product or it getting near winter. I am seeing this product through to the full 90 days. Im hoping for the best!

  32. Dinovite is awesome!!!

Posted by Maria on Nov 8th 2015

My granddog, a blue pit bull, has severe skin issues. Her skin was red and raw, itchy, and lost most of her fur. Dr kept giving her steroids and antibiotics, which worked temporarily. I wanted try something else. Figured I'd give Dinovite a chance. After about two weeks, her skin and coat has improved significantly and no longer has that bad body odor and her fur has grown back. Now on day 25 and am very happy. Her skin and coat has improved. Just be patient with this product. It works and she loves it. I now give it to my Yorkie too even though he doesn't have any issues. He loves it and his coat is soft and shiny. Will continue to give to both dogs. Like it said before, just be patient with this product.

  33. ugh

Posted by Jim Henry on Nov 8th 2015

My dog doesn't want to eat it. I have to wait till the next morning and throw it out and mix up a new batch. I tried it with cottage cheese. Next day it had an awful color. I have to mix it with half a can of chicken and liver pedigree before she will eat. ben over two weeks now.

Note from Dinovite: Try starting with a tiny pinch of Dinovite on the bottom of your dog's food bowl, then pour the food on top and do not mix. Feed like this for 2 weeks then slowly increase to the correct serving. The pinch of Dinovite should be so small your dog can barely see it. This method works well.

  34. peace

my dog at peace -no itching

  35. Amazing stuff!

Posted by Lisa Bombard on Nov 6th 2015

  36. Not impressed

Posted by Mara Huxman on Nov 6th 2015

My dogs do not like the taste. They will not eat it.

Note from Dinovite: Please call, email or live chat us! We can turn this around without much trouble. Don't give up on your dog!

  39. My dog is happy again!

Posted by Caroline N. on Nov 5th 2015

Our 12 year old laborador and chow mix suffered and his skin was raw on his hindquarters. Hewas constantly itchy and biting his skin. We started him on Dinovite 90 days ago and now his skin and hair are clear of any raw spots. When we took him to the vet for his annual check up she was very amazed with how much healthier he is and said she was going to research your product. Our dog won't eat his dinner unless there's Dinovite on it! Thank you for a great product that truly works.

  40. where's the hair?

shedding is almost nonexistant. no more vacuming every day. even the dog loves it.

  41. Questionable Claims

Posted by Unknown on Nov 4th 2015

This is the 2nd time to try Dinovite. The first time was to increase shine in coat. This time was because my Cocker has started scratching and chewing herself relentlessly. The scratching and chewing has not stopped after 3-4 weeks of use; in fact, it seems to have worsened. The only difference I see is that she looks like she has gained about 5 pounds, and I have not increased her portions, in fact, I actually cut back a little. Not good. Two stars may be too many.

Note from Dinovite: Please call, email or live chat us we can help turn this around.

  42. Good stuff!

Posted by Lisa on Nov 4th 2015

Love this stuff for our dog. Since she's been on it, she has a thick, shiny coat and doesn't shed near as much as she used to. Her skin is healthy looking and her eyes are bright. Scratching is a thing of the past and her tummy seems to be normal again. Coco is a healthy girl again!

Posted by Theresa on Nov 2nd 2015

I have had Tia and Sandy on this for a little over a month and
have not seen much difference. I will continue for the full 90 days. Wonder if I should change to the diet you recommend. Tia is also on Apoquel

Note from Dinovite: Yes, I think trying our homemade diet is a good idea.

  44. A Godsend!

Posted by Sherri on Nov 2nd 2015

My Staffy Oscar became intolerant of dog food this spring. We tried all the specialty foods for intestinal issues, but the only thing that he could eat was chicken and rice. Finally got a veterinarian-prescribed diet, but the suggested supplement did not agree with him either. My agility instructor recommended Dinovite and we've not looked back! I added it slowly at first as suggested, and just ordered my second box. Thanks to Dinovite, Oscar has gained the weight back he lost earlier this year and is thriving. He polishes off his food and has never had an issue with taste or smell. Thank you so much!!

  45. Dinovite? Trust me, it works!

Posted by Crystal on Oct 31st 2015

We LOVE Dinovite! Having two dogs who scratch endlessly and trying everything in the pet store, shampoos, food, etc... We were about ready to give up and just accept that there was NO solution. Fortunately, after seeing a ad on late-night TV, we tried it. Our dogs have improved beyond belief! Try it, you'll be amazed!

  46. Has Not Helped My Dog’s Itching and Scratching

Posted by Juanito on Oct 31st 2015

I’ve been adding Dinovite to my dog’s food for over a month, and his itching and scratching/biting has only gotten worse. He has scratched and bitten all the fur off of his front and back legs and chest. Time for the vet. I thought I’d give Dinovite a try. Maybe it’s the grain-free dog food? Maybe it’s the allergens out here in the country? I hope the vet gives me a better prescription than the shot he gave my boy last time. No hard feelings Dinovite, but you just didn’t work as I had hoped! I’m happy that others have had great results.

Note from Dinovite: Keep in mind you have only been feeding Dinovite for about 30 days. Dinovite is not a medicine it is a supplement and it takes time to help support your dog's good health. Make sure you are reading the emails we are sending, they answer many of the questions you are having. Also, please reach out by phone, email or live chat we can offer additional help.

  47. Saved My Senses! Great Product!

Posted by Eric L. on Oct 30th 2015

I do want to say I was very excited to try the product for the first time. Bought it and used it on my Beagle and Lab. Before I tried it my office, where my dogs spend most of their time, smelled horrible. After a month of use the smell went away. Ok, I thought maybe it was a coincidence, as we also had just changed their food to a more expensive brand. So after the first box of the product was gone i stopped using it. Boy was that a mistake! The dog smell returned! After a month of hoping it would go away, it didn't. I ordered another box of Dinovite and after a week the smell was gone again. Thank you sooo much for this product. I can say the shedding slowed too. Thank you.

  48. Dinovite Ads

Posted by Unknown on Oct 29th 2015

Dinovite is o.k. I bought it because it is advertised as helping with scratching licking and chewing paws, etc. My dog has been on it for about 3 years and it still bites, chews and licks.

Note from Dinovite: Have you considered taking the next step by feeding our homemade dog food recipe? Check it out, the link is on our front page.

  49. fantastic product

Posted by kim on Oct 28th 2015

I was very skeptical however was desperate to improve our goldendoodles skin. She also had lots of fur matting. Decided that this was worth a try. Amazing improvement. Her hair no longer matts…miraculous really since she has ALWAYS had mats and her skin is good and its only been 4 weeks! I am thrilled with the results. If you are skeptical you should give it a try. It really is a small investment for big results!

Dog isn't really crazy about this stuff but it sure has made her coat beautiful with a wonderful shinny luster to it. Why can't it be a pill?

  53. Almost hairless

Posted by Mike on Oct 25th 2015

After about 1 week his hair was filling in and coat looking better and better, Also less ear flapping.

  54. Dog wont touch it

Posted by Unknown on Oct 24th 2015

I was so excited to get this product. I hear about it on the radio all the time. My Cavalier has a very sensitive stomach and I figured adding this product would be good for her. However, she won't go near her food with it on there. I have tried sprinkling just a little bit (to hide it), adding water to make a gravy etc. It 's a no-go.

Note from Dinovite: Try starting with a tiny pinch of Dinovite on the bottom of the bowl, then pour her food on top and do not mix. Feed her food like this for two weeks then slowly increase to the correct serving. Make sure the pinch is so small you can barely see it. This method works well.

  55. unhappy

  56. Dinovite delivered!

Posted by Tamara Kohler on Oct 24th 2015

I have bulldogs. They licked their paws constantly marking their paws and faces with reddish brown stains and they stunk! After using Dinovite for 3 weeks I noticed no more lickin, no stained faces and their paws are now white again, and no more stinky dogs!! My dogs are more comfortable now and don't require constant bathing. This product did what it said it could. It's amazing! Pricey but worth it!

  57. My Doggies don't like the taste

Posted by Shih Tzu owner on Oct 23rd 2015

Although I have seen an improvement in my all my 3 doggies, they do not like eating it. I have mixed with turkey or beef (1 has severe chicken allergies) and still, it's not appealing to them. It's a lot of product to mix in. I guess you can buy a cheaper mix of minerals & vitamins and see if you get the same result without spending lots of $$ on this product. 1 of my dogs has a reoccurring problem and his ears have improved slightly (after 1 month). I will continue as I've seen less scratching (although they are still licking & scratching). It's expensive but far less $$ than seeing the Vet and getting all the medication, etc. I will continue with the product for 90 days (that's how much I purchased). Hope this helps.

  58. Just another observation

Posted by Jewell Stclair on Oct 23rd 2015

Well, they all relate in the same way. My big dog who is 85 lbs was really dragging until I put him on the raw diet suggested by Dinovite. Most people don't want to spend what relatively little time it takes -once you get the recipe down- to make up their dog's food. If your dog is experiencing the many issues mine has, it's worth your time & effort. Otherwise you're spending time at the vet, spending more $$$ trying to fix what ails your pet when the answer could be right in front of you. Bear is turning the corner on his many issues since I switched him to not only Dinovite added to his dog food, but to raw. He dragged around like he was in a stupor so many days & since making the switch to raw plus Dinovite, his eyes are more clear, his coat is coming back (he's named Bear for a reason!) and he has the bounce back in his step. Yes, he's 9 yrs old. But you know.....that doesn't mean he should behave like he's on doggie downers. Thanks again, Dinovite, just had to add this bit.

  59. My suggestion is give it time

Posted by Jewell on Oct 23rd 2015

If your dog has any of the problems Dinovite lists (my big dog had systemic yeast infection which was evident on his epidermis, ears, goopy eyes, scratching, itching, biting until bloody, flakey skin especially on his rear end, drank copious amounts of water, just a mess! And then my terrier began having similar issues) and none of these symptoms abated until I put him on the raw diet. My gut instinct kept telling me to do this, so I finally listened. His coat is coming back more full & lustrous, bare skin is healing & fur growing back. Consider your own body & how awful you would feel if your entire diet was cooked, came in a package, perhaps only dry kibble, no veggies or fruits (when appropriate for dogs because we know there are some they should never eat). The first place diet issues show on us humans is also our skin & hair. Same with your doggies. Give it time. Moisture & fatty acids are key elements & missing from most dog food regimens. Raw meat contain enzymes which are essential for doggies' nutritional needs. Follow Dinovite's video, you won't go wrong.

  60. Best value & performance for my doggies

Posted by Jewell on Oct 23rd 2015

I have finally switched my doggies (one 10-lb terrier mix & one 85-lb wirehair pointing griffon -both rescues) to Dinovite's suggested raw food recipe. Did exactly as they said, fed them on a Saturday morning, then made them wait until Sunday morning to begin them on their new raw diet. Breakfast is my most important meal, so I thought it best to do it this way instead of fasting thru an entire day. It worked like a charm. I went to Walmart, bought a 10-lb tube of ground beef, followed Dinovite's recipe all the way. They loved it! FYI -I have since made several batches & have settled on 1 cup Dinovite per each 2.5 lbs of beef. I will say they tired of beef only after about 4 batches, but not to worry. Went to my local barkery & got some ground raw chicken & mixed it with beef. Check your specialty pet stores for ground beef, lamb, chicken, buffalo -just for a change-up. Both my dogs had issues with commercial dog foods & when I really sat & thought about it, it makes sense to feed them raw. My own daily nutrition includes about 50% raw, very little meat. Mostly fruits, grains, veggies. Don't be afraid to experiment, or add things like frozen spinach. The sky is literally the limit when feeding your doggies raw -barring some foods they just shouldn't eat. Thanks again, Dinovite -LOVE your products!

  61. We LOVE Dinovite.

Posted by Amy on Oct 23rd 2015

We have been giving Dinovite to our dog, Oreo, for, I think, five or six years. He still jumps up and down for it every day, even though he must be in his teens now. Thanks for a great product! It has saved us numerous trips to the vet over the years. Happy to say his problems are pretty much a thing of the past. We're fostering a little fella this year and of course he had to have some too, he likes it, he smells better! and his coat is just beautiful, so soft and shiny. Thanks again Dinovite for a GREAT product.

  62. Not as Advertised

  65. Not a skeptic anymore

Posted by Stewart v on Oct 18th 2015

I heard your commercials on the radio for years, long before I ever owned a dog. We got a rescue dog a couple of years ago. Lola is a pointer/beagle mix. She is very active, well behaved, but sheds like crazy year round. We decided to give Dinovite a try to see if it could really help with her shedding. It's only been a few weeks, but we have seen a noticeable difference in the amount of hair visible on our hardwood floors and what is picked up by the vacuum cleaner. Before, hair would fly everywhere if we petted her. Now, there is less hair coming off her back. I have also noticed a big difference in her poop. Her poop looks greener and healthier. All in all, we are very satisfied with the results after just a few weeks.

  66. Modest results so far

Posted by Unknown on Oct 18th 2015

I started my Beagle mix on Dinovite about a month ago. She seems to like it and has been showing a little more energy. Her need for antihistamines has reduced by about 30%. I'll reserve final judgement until the box is finished.

  67. dinovite

Posted by Linda Adams on Oct 18th 2015

I have seen a little results from giving Dinovite, but not as much as I thought I would. She doesn't scratch as much. I'll give it some time and see.

Note from Dinovite: Hang in there and feed it for the full 90 days, you have only just begun.

  68. Not impressed

Posted by brian on Oct 17th 2015

spent close to $100 on Dinovite products for my pit bull that is having skin problems.,she is on week three and there is no differences in her itching and skin trouble.
Will not be wasting any more money on this product.

Note from Dinovite: Feed Dinovite for the full 90 and give it a chance to help. You have only just started. Also, try adding some Lickochops or Supromega to the mix because both these can help support healthy skin.

  69. Big Improvement!

Posted by Donna on Oct 17th 2015

This has made a big improvement on the amount of itching my dog has! Within a months time his scratching has been reduced by at least 60-70%. I haven't even used up all of his prescription antihistamine because he hasn't needed it. August and September are his really bad months, so I will see how it goes next summer, but so far I'm very pleased.......and so is my dog!

  70. Absolutely love it!

Posted by K&J Rodewald on Oct 16th 2015

Our Portuguese Pointer hunting dog has had chronic problemss in her ears. We had tried different food, grain free, drops, etc and nothing really made a difference. In just a week or so, her ears were cleared up and she was back to her playful self. Best part is, she loves it and so does the little lap dog. They lick the bowls clean. We will be ordering more!

  71. Great Product, It Works

Posted by Unknown on Oct 16th 2015

The mini shnauzer's coat has improved greatly. He likes the Dinovite and licks every bit out the bowl. However, he is still straching, but I have started supplimenting his diet with sardines every other day. I will see if that helps.

  72. Dogs didn't care for it

Posted by martha on Oct 15th 2015

Turns out the dogs wouldn't eat this or the lickochops. Sadly it was a waste of money.

  73. Amazing

Posted by Candy on Oct 15th 2015

My little Lucy (12 yrs old) just began itching uncontrollably and always had a serious shedding problem. I was desparate and tried Dinovite and as skeptical as I was, after about a couple of weeks I actually saw a difference. It is everything it says it is. Her coat is shiny and smooth as silk and her itching is practically nil. I now am a believer. I know this sounds fake, but it is not!

  74. worked as promised

My female mixed terrier stopped her constant scratching and shedding within three weeks. Never had a problem feeding her. Amazing results.

  75. not sure

Posted by Jeff Mikres on Oct 14th 2015

My dogs love the stuff. But is it doing anything for the dogs I do not see any physical evidence of any physical change.

  76. Hair pulling out - gone

Posted by Thom on Oct 14th 2015

Appears to work as advertised. My five year old Golden Retriever has more energy, has slimmed down, and has more energy than he's shown since a puppy. He used to nibble his forelegs constantly, now no more, AND no more pulling out of hair by the mouthful. Thank U!

  77. All 4 dogs like this supplement

I have noticed my older dog (14) seems to have more energy with the mixture. I had been feeding raw for the past 10 yrs but this mixture of eggs and rice and meat and supplement seems to be an improvement over just raw diet and other supplements.

  78. Amazing priduct

I first got this for my rescued shelter dog. She was almost bald and starved severely. She had a horrible odor. One month in, and her hair started to return . It was so shiny and the odor was gone. She's healthy , happy as am I. I wish it was more cost effective.

  79. No More Itchy Dog

Posted by Beth on Oct 12th 2015

My dog used to be very itchy. He had pretty sensitive skin and dry. Since we have been using Dinovite both my dogs have softer, smoother coats and much less licking and scratching. I also like the thought of them getting the necessary nutrients that potentially their dry dog food lacks.

  80. The only answer

Posted by Cricket on Oct 12th 2015

My dog has suffered with bad skin for years but not any more. He has spent so much time chewing and licking big red bumps on his skin. It was so bad I was afraid he was gonna have back problems from staying curled up licking his back. Since I have been giving him dinovite his skin has cleared up. I tried absolutely everything short of pharmaceuticals from the vet which was not an option for me considering the side effects involved.
Thank you dinovite for making my dog happy again and making my life easier

  81. Dinovite

Posted by Jim Hawkins on Oct 11th 2015

My dog has been on Dinovite for over two years and for some reason, he does not want to eat the last shipment received two weeks ago. It might be my imagination, but I believe the product has a stronger odor so I am wondering if a change occurred in the product.

Note from Dinovite: We have not made any changes to Dinovite and we make it fresh and ship it out.

  82. Disappointed

Posted by Carl Bell on Oct 11th 2015

I purchased a 90-day supply of Dinovite because my dog (a female Shetland Sheepdog) was having some skin issues ('hot spots,' hair loss, scabby places) and the treatment she was receiving from her vet (a couple of different shampoos, anti-fungal cream, extra Omega-3 pills) were not working. I started her on Dinovite on September 15 and did the 12-day break-in period gradually increasing the amount to a full daily serving. She did not like the Dinovite (still doesn't) but I am able to get the daily dose into her by mixing it with water to make a paste and wrapping that in her canned dog food (which she does like).. She continues to have the issues with her skin. My plan is to continue with the Dinovite for the full 90 days, but I'm not optimistic that it will work since it hasn't slowed down the skin problem yet. I'm disappointed with the process so far -- feeding the dog has gone from something fairly simple to something that takes about ten minutes; the dog doesn't like the food; the results I hoped for are not happening.

Note from Dinovite: Hang in there you have only started the process. Also, make sure to open the emails we are sending because they are very informative and have helpful tips that can help your dog like the Dinovite.

  83. Still waiting for the benefits to kick in!

Posted by Jean diemer on Oct 10th 2015

Not sure how to rate this as I am still waiting for the benefits to kick in. First week my dog threw the product up several times and I called the hot line as to what to do. Now she is keeping it down and I am using their recipe for homemade dog food using raw meat, eggs, etc but so far haven't seen any results regarding not itching as much. She is itching as much as she was before the product and food change. She loves the food so that isn't a problem, but still major itching and ear scratching. Sure hope it finally kicks in as I started it in September. I did purchase the supermega fish oil supplement and also added that to the food. Let's hope it starts working soon.

  84. Get IT

Posted by Unknown on Oct 10th 2015

Get this product. Using for over a year. People at three parks who aren't even dog people Comment on her coat. Her digestion is great and stool consistent. Easy clean up. Her shedding decreased and is normal amount of shedding.

  85. Good Addition

Posted by Patricia Foley on Oct 9th 2015

Dinovite was recommended by our vet for one of our dogs. I added it to the food for all the dogs with great results. The groomer used to complain that the dogs had dry skin and coats ("toast" she called it). After starting Dinovite and Lickochops, she always commented on how healthy their coats were.

  86. Thanks for carrying

Posted by Unknown on Oct 9th 2015

My dog was never a fussy eater, she finish her food in no time at all. We also use your good smelling shampoo, but her skin after 9 months of use, is still flacky. We also change her food to a no grain dog food.

  87. Best supplement around.

  88. Spots not improved

My dog still has bare spots all over her body. I was hoping that they would have cleared up by now.

Note from Dinovite: Make sure you feed it for the full 90 days. You also may want to add Lickochops or Supromega to the mix, both can help support good skin function.

  89. Taste

Have a dog on Prednisone, very allergic to many things. Was going bald. Started Dinovite, coat got 3x thicker but still could not stop using Prednisone daily for itch. Have tried to quit Prednisone but then scratching starts, hair thins. Using Lick-o-chops a must on just dry food. Wet food gravy, my making, eliminates Lick-o-chops at supper time. Been using for 2 years now. I'm happy, all dogs (4) are happy with my gravy.

  96. Healthy and Active Again

Posted by Becky H. on Oct 4th 2015

We will never be without Dinovite again. Our dogs ended up with a horrible case of fleas that turned into skin infections. Although we were winning the battle against the fleas and the infections, the dogs were lethargic and their coats were patchy, rough, dull, and brittle. Adding Dinovite to their raw diet has improved their energy level, softened and shined up their coats and the bare spots are filling in quickly. We have our active friends back! Thank you so much, Dinovite, for a quality product!
