Ingredients

  • Ground Flax Seed -Source of Omega 3 Fatty Acids. Fatty acids support  skin function. Ground flax also contains phytonutrients and fiber that help support your dog's good body function.
  • Dried kelp- Natural source of iodine and many trace minerals.
  • Yeast Culture- Live  yeast that provide digestive enzymes and vitamins. Not to be confused with Candida yeast that causes yeast infections.
  • Dried yeast- Source of  digestible amino acids and B complex vitamins. Also referred to as nutritional yeast and not to be confused with brewer's yeast or "candida yeast" that causes yeast infections.
  • Ground Grain Sorghum- Natural  antioxidant.
  • Fructooligosaccharide- A complex sugar that is a prebiotic. Fructooligosaccharide passes through the stomach then small intestine undigested. As it enters the large intestine it is available as food for the beneficial bacteria that live in the large intestine. The beneficial bacterial cultures can thus thrive and start to starve out the pathogenic yeast (Candida albicans) that cause yeast infections. *An important note: the yeast we put into our products is not the same species that causes yeast infections.
  • Zinc methionine complex- A highly digestible form of zinc. Zinc methionine is a zinc atom bound to a methionine amino acid molecule. Body cells love methionine so they readily absorb it and the zinc atom goes along for the ride. Zinc is an antioxidant mineral, essential for many vital enzymatic processes. Zinc is needed for a functioning reproductive and immune system, for tissue renewal, maintenance of the skin and for healthy bones and teeth. Zinc helps support the function of the liver and the release of vitamin A. Zinc is required for the development of the skeletal system, nervous system and for brain function. Methionine is an amino acid with antioxidant activity which assists detoxification. Methionine aids the metabolism of Omega-3 essential fatty acids.
  • Alfalfa nutrient concentrate-Take everything good about alfalfa and condense it, like one giant super vegetable!

  • Aspergillus niger fermentation product dehydrated-Direct fed microbial that helps support immune system and  digestive tract.
  • Lactobacillus acidophilus fermentation product dehydrated-Direct fed microbial that helps support immune system and  digestive tract.
  • Lactobacillus casei fermentation product dehydrated- Direct fed microbial that helps support immune system and  digestive tract.
  • Bifidobacterium thermophilum fermentation product dehydrated- Direct fed microbial that helps support immune system and  digestive tract.
  • Enterococcus faecium fermentation product dehydrated-Direct fed microbial that helps support immune system and  digestive tract.

Medium Dogs:

We consider a medium dog a breed like a Beagle. Each scoop contains enough supplement to fortify 2 cups of food each day. There are 90 servings in each box.

  1. What a Relief

Posted by Linda on Jun 12th 2015

I too have a now 11-year-old Pug. I have used Dinovite off & on...mainly because of the cost & he really dislikes the taste/smell so much that I have to disguise it...so I stop. I start to think "Bear (my pug) has not been too bad...his smell has really improved...he's not licking or scratching anymore & the dog hair is not too bad...I guess I can stop the Dinovite!" But every time I stop, I regret it.
So here I am ordering again. The Product Works!!! I finally realized that my dogs well being and my sanity is more than worth it!!!

  2. nothing else worked

Posted by Zoe Ann on Jun 12th 2015

I must tell you of the success we've had using the dinovite liquid for our 10-year-old pug. For most of her life, she has had problems with itching her ears. The vet has prescribed ear drops for yeast infection and allergy medication, and we've had her ears deep cleaned by the vet several times over her lifetime. But it never seemed to give her much lasting relief. She would relentlessly scratch at her ears to the point of bleeding, so we often put a protective collar on her so she could not reach her ears, but that seemed like torchure.
After feeding her this product daily on her food, it took about a week to notice that she stopped scratching her ears. She has not scratched them at all for the past 90 days that we have been using this supplement! She seems happier, and the awful smell around her ears is also gone. I wish we had tried this product earlier in her life!

  3. Already have seen results!

Posted by Pepanan on Jun 12th 2015

My dog had bad breath, smelled, and had lost a lot of hair. Just after using it a couple of days the smells went away. It has been almost a month and he no longer has bad breathe, doesn't smell, and his hair is growing back. Plus, he seems to have more energy. So far I love this product!

  4. Made my dog violently ill

Posted by Gregg on Jun 12th 2015

Gave my dog his first dose with his evening feeding. As instructed I only gave him a quarter of a scoop. he spent all night vomiting. So far we are up to 15 times! I will definitely be returning this for a refund.

  5. ******Holy Smokes*******

Posted by Adam on Jun 12th 2015

So I have heard Dinovite commercials on talk radio for a couple of years now, however, my pets were pretty healthy except for small skin irritations here and there. Well recently my German Shepherd developed a pretty serious skin condition. He was swelling in the face near his eyes and nose and badly on his belly. I thought "What the hell" I'll try Dinovite. I ordered it, It came pretty fast (couple of days) and within a week I began seeing his skin normalize and the healing processes beginning. After three weeks he is the healthiest I have ever seen him. I'm blown away. GREAT PRODUCT. Also I got the medium size just to try it out and I believe the dose sizes are slightly different. Saved a little money and still got the job done for a 100 pound shep. Cheers.

  6. pretty good stuff

Posted by Bonnie on Jun 12th 2015

I have fought itching for over a year with my Lhassa apso dog. Dinovite does help with her coat, but don't think it did much for the itching. At the same time, I switched to no grain food, she is much better, I am thinking it is the no grain that helped. Good luck folks!

  7. Great stuff! Relieved itching

Posted by nipnlap on Jun 12th 2015

We have 4 year old labradoodle that itches something awful every spring and fall. My parent's suggested dinovite and I was skeptical so I didn't get it. Instead they just bought it for me so I was made to try it. After the first box and his itching stopped I thought well that is probably just timing of the itching and it was going to stop anyway. So then Fall comes and back to itching he goes so I thought well I'll buy the dinovite and see how he does again. No itching. So I keep him on it and we hit spring and ta da!...no itching. Amazing! He still sheds something awful but he isn't itching nonstop, waking me up with itching, and making himself raw anymore. I don't know what it is but I'm a believer now and he is definitely thankful!! He loves the taste too when mixed with water, too.

  8. YOU GOTTA GET THIS PRODUCT!

Posted by Betty-St Cloud Florida on Jun 12th 2015

I never take the time to write reviews.Today is different. My yellow lab, PJ, has struggled with allergies, itching, feet-chewing, belly-scratching and major shedding for 10 years. I absolutely refused to keep putting her on steriods and decided to give DinOvite a try due to the reviews and the guarentee. Her life is forever changed. The itching and scratching has reduced by 95% since February 2015. My other large dog has been a pickey eater for 10 years. I doubted he would touch his food with dinOvite on it. He proved me wrong the very first day and although he never had any allergy issues, he had occasional digestive issues. Both dogs were gassy. NO MORE! Both dogs have renewed youth and vitality and actually enjoy eating. Their coats have never been this shiny and the shedding has reduced by 99%. I use to clean my tile floors 3-4 times a week. Now, I clean only once a week. When I brushed my Lab, there was enough fur on the comb to knit a sweater. No more! I barely get enough off to be able to grab it from the teeth of the comb. I am sold on this product! GET IT! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT. Due to the age of my dogs, (both 10 yrs) I had to start a little slower and use less initially than the instructions indicated. My vet reviewed the info and gave her seal of approval. THANK YOU DINOVITE!

  9. Literally a life saver for my dog!

Posted by karen on Jun 12th 2015

For my mixed breed dog, Scruffie, life almost came to an end before Dinovite! She was itching and scratching until she bled...24/7. Numerous trips to vet and then, in desperation, to a dog dermatologist. The dermatologist got it under control with several potent meds but had no suggestions for how to keep it from coming back, other than try allergy shots. Her diet has always consisted of premium brand dog food, so general nutrition didn't seem to be a factor. He suggested a grain free diet, which did help, but didn't completely rid her of itching. I heard of Dinovite and thought it sounded expensive, but after spending over $1,500 and almost making the decision to have her put down to keep her from suffering any longer, it was just a no-brainer to try it. Thank you Dinovite!

  11. Bulldog looks great & does NOT stink!

Posted by annette on Jun 12th 2015

My old English bulldog had terrible allergies and bad yeasty ears. Always at the vet, for meds, allergy medicine, rashes etc. He was taking very strong allergy medicine. It made him vomit almost daily. And it didn't really help him. He was a mess. I took him off all the meds and started Dinovite 3 months ago. My bulldog is 8 years old. He has never in 8 years of his life looked soooo good! No rashes, no yeast. He has energy, and he doesn't stink! If you have a dog, trust me, dinovite is the answer! Thank you, thank you. I wish I had known about it, 8 years ago.

  12. Solves Sensitive Tummys

Posted by drcyd on Jun 12th 2015

My two 13-year-old Aussies have been taking Dinovite for ten years. Before that time, Zoey used to have a very sensitive tummy and she would regularly vomit and have loose stools. Dinovite completely solved that problem. On the rare occasions when we have been out, Zoey's sensitive tummy reappears. Both dogs have great potty on Dinovite, good texture, not smelly or runny. They also look fantastic for their age. No one believes they're now senior citizens.

  13. Less shedding

Posted by Pamm on Jun 12th 2015

My gsp had the worst shedding, little white hairs stuck all over the house And vehicles. Lulu has been on dinovite for almost 90 days, and I have to say it is a pretty darn wonderful product. LuLu's eyes were bald and she scratched them without mercy until they would bleed. She still rubs them a little, but all the hair has grown back. Lulu begs for her we call it (DINOMITE) every night and won't leave the kitchen until she gets it. So kudos to the dinovite people, we have a much happier and healthier dog!

  14. Definitely Works

Posted by Theresa on Jun 12th 2015

I have used two boxes for my cocker spaniel because of his allergy and itching and hair loss. I stopped using it last winter 2014, but as spring and summer draw near he is getting his hot spots back. Is it healthy for him to continuously take Dinovite?

NOTE from Dinovite: Dinovite is NOT a medication. It's a whole food supplement that is meant to be eaten daily as part of a healthy diet. So, it's extremely healthy for him to have these nutrients every day, all year round.

  15. Cocker spaniel has quit licking, chewing & shedding

Posted by KD on Jun 12th 2015

My husband insisted that I try Dinovite after hearing an ad on the radio.

Our 5 yr old Cocker Spaniel has always shed enough fur to create another Cocker within a week. He is like most Cocker Spaniels….prone to this and I have adjusted his diet over the years to try and control it. But I was only controlling not getting rid of it.

He has been on Dinovite for just over 2-1/2 months and the results have been amazing! He no longer is itchy, no feet licking and his fur is remaining attached to him, instead of landing on the floor in big puffy mounds.

My dog has always been on premium dog foods that have no eggs or poultry in them, since those items are known allergens for him and most Cocker Spaniels. But he obviously was still missing something and that something is in the Dinovite. His stools are nice in size and shape now, instead of tending toward the loose side.

It is such a joy to pet him and not have his skin crawl, as if he is just trying not to scratch.

It is pricey, but worth it. Thank you so much Dinovite!

  16. What to do if your dog won't eat it with her food.

Posted by Elaine on Jun 12th 2015

We were having lots of trouble getting our dog to eat Dinovite with her food even with mixing lick o chops into it. Finally after 4 months and previous unsuccessful advice, I called again and was told to mix the powder with lick o chops and serve it by itself. To my surprise, our dog licked it all up immediately and has been reliably ever since. We will keep feeding it to her this way to see if she improves.

  17. Bonnie is doing better

Posted by Sandy on Jun 12th 2015

Our 8 year old Border Collie was acting like an old lady and scratching all the time. We ordered Dinovite to help the itching. It took a while to find the combination that will appeal to her so she would eat it, but now we have. Within a week Bonnie was acting more spry and wanting to play again. It took 6 weeks, but Bonnie has finally stopped scratching and is more active. At first I thought the cost was too high, but it lasts longer than we expected. We would pay whatever price anyway to have her stop scratching.

  18. Dinovite is a winner in our home.

Posted by Pamela on Jun 12th 2015

Our 2 1/2 year old Border Collie loves the flavor of the Dinovite and the fish oil and looks forward to each feeding. She even "begs" when it's time to lick her personal spoon that we use to mix her food. Abilene also loves the Nubonubs Beef Treats. We are very satisfied with the quality of the products.

  19. unfortunately did not work

Posted by Frank on Jun 12th 2015

I have faithfully for over the last year and half used this product along with others of yours to help my dog with her systemic yeast infection. I have spent a great deal of money on a product that did not work as described. I followed the raw diet you recommended strictly with baths using your shampoos 4 and 5 times a week. Sadly none of it worked. We were about to have her put down and made the appointment with vet to do so. However, at the last moment we received advice (not from you) to have her thyroid tested.
She has been on thyroid medication for one month and there has been a dramatic turnaround along with using another enzymatic product and regimen. I am very disappointed in the advice and help I received from you which was nominal. I spent a lot of money with your company on a product that was not sufficient to handle a systemic yeast infection. It may work for some animals with a minor issue but it definitely does not work with an animal that has a severe infection. I do not like submitting negative reviews and have refrained from doing so til now feeling that I needed to give sufficient time to see evidence of the product working. I think over a year and half is a fair evaluation period.

  20. excellent customer service

Posted by joanne on Jun 12th 2015

I wasn't sure what to order when on the website, so I called the customer service number and an informative young girl named Audra was so helpful that I am so excited about getting the product and giving it to my dog, who has a yeast infection and food allergies.

  21. My Beagle is like a puppy again!

Posted by Vicki on Jun 12th 2015

He is 11 years old, overweight and tired all the time. He didn't like the din-o-vite at first. That was our fault because we introduced it too fast for his system. Once we slowed down adding it, he started liking it. Now he doesn't shed so much and gained a lot of energy. We love this stuff for him, it's really great!

    I am the mommy of 3 senior rescue doggies, plus one visiting doggie that stays with us quite regularly; this product teased me for quite some time, until I was definitely curious to try it, will do anything for my doggies, as most mommy's will; it is a fabulous product and I noticed the change in the feeling of their doggie hair just about the next day or two, this is the God's truth; I was so excited that I almost put this product on my cereal; to break it down to a simple honest review; it works! honest, honest!!!! Ruth and her 3.5 doggies that love it;

  23. Very pleased

Posted by Suzanne on Jun 12th 2015

I have 3 long hair Chihuahuas that shed 365 days a year. We added Dinovite as a supplement to their normal food & I am pleased to that their shedding has nearly stopped. Even my mom who stays with us every winter commented how little they are shedding compared to past years.

  24. Good Stuff

Posted by Mary on Jun 12th 2015

My dog had very itchy skin, lots of licking and scratching at night and dander like snow when we brushed him. I put him on Dinovite and grain-free food at the same time. Then I made liverwurst ball treats mixing liverwurst, Dinovite, and enough fish oil to moisten. Within 2 weeks he was better. His foxhound fur has gone from rough to sleek, and he no longer has the dander problems. So whether it was the Dinovite, the liverwurst or the grain-free feed, I'm not taking any chances! Ordering more Dinovite today.

  25. Great product

Posted by ALYSON on Jun 12th 2015

A bit expensive but not once you subtract how many vet visits you no longer have to pay for! We have a rescue with more problems than we can list. This product took care of the coat & skin problem and the stinky gas problem.
Our vet loves that we use Dinovite and Lick O Chops to replace what our girl just can't get from even the best commercial dog food. I recommend it to all my dog owner friends.

  26. It gave us our dog back

Posted by Lisa M. on Jun 12th 2015

I had heard the commercials, but being a skeptic thought it was all hype. But I went to the website and with a money back guarantee thought what the heck. It took a good 4 months to see any measurable improvement, but I held out hope and prayed thank goodness I did. His fur is all back on his neck, no more constant scratching, no more dandruff, no more SMELL! He is 14 years and 2 months old and our vet says he is in great health and is AMAZED by him. He is a 14 y/o perky, happy, blind, diabetic pug that DEMANDS a dog treat (grain free of course) and follows his mommy all over the house now (not just the kitchen). I have now put my baby girl pug on Dynovites as well as I thought she had fleas because she started digging and chewing her back end. She has all but stopped this now that she is getting Dynovites. VETS KNOW NOTHING ABOUT NUTRITION FOR DOGS! You must do the research yourself.........

  27. Jury still out

Posted by Laurie on Jun 12th 2015

I just ordered my 2nd round of Dinovite. Some things have improved (softer, not panting), but the itching is still a huge problem. I called the help line and must say I was a little disappointed. The young woman really didn't listen, just had what I felt was a canned response. I have started my Golden Retriever on a raw diet, to see if that will finally get rid of the itching. I hope so, because since I just ordered the second time I'm won't get my money back on the guarantee. I am still hopeful!

  28. Love it!

Posted by Nova on Jun 12th 2015

My 10 year old pug/weenie has done very well on this product. His shedding has gone way down. He use to use the chairs in my dining room to scratch himself and I would come home to all the chairs pulled away from the table. He has completely stopped that. His bad odor is gone and he doesn't scratch and bite himself till he gets sores and cries from it. He has not completed his first 90 day supply yet and I could not be happier with this product. In fact I started feeding it to my new puppy and have already ordered more product for the two of them.

  30. cleared up my pit's abdominal rash

Posted by Lauriel on Jun 12th 2015

Some years ago my pitty developed a rash on his abdomen when we were out of town and changed his food. We visited a vet who diagnosed food allergies, but on returning home to normal feedings, the rash became worse and Sky developed a bald spot at the base of his tail. After spending hundreds of dollars on prescribed pharmaceutical drugs and vet visits, including to a naturopath, i heard a Dinovite ad on the radio and decided to try it, maybe the problem was nutritional. After about two weeks i remembered to check Akyhim and discovered the rash was entirely gone, and the hair on his tail was growing back. I am very pleased and can say without hesitation that the product worked for us. I can also say that the company is quite fair in reporting negative testimonies as well as positive one. I had read them all but wanted to give it a try anyway as the positive testimonies far outweighed any negative ones. I can also say that the company ships product out quickly with a low shipping cost. Beware of other retailers out there carrying Dinovite, who may up the shipping cost and take weeks to ship product out to you. I know of this because I accidentally ordered from one who sent me an email. Order directly from Dinote. and NO, I am not a paid company spokesperson, just a happy dog owner.

  31. Lost 2 pounds!

Posted by Dominick on Jun 12th 2015

I do not know if Dinovite actually helped my dog with his seasonal allergies, however, he did lose 2 pounds which may be attributed to this product. We have started using 'baby wipes, non-fragrance, on him every night before bed along with an aloe based lotions. That really seems to help with any outbreaks. I like the nutritional additives it gives to his food as my wife makes his food using lean meats and fresh vegetables.

Our new rescue heeler CHEVY is itchy. No parasites, fleas, etc. Vet said he has
very nice skin. Rotated through a number of dog foods and still scratching. Have
had him on Dinovite with a full serving from the beginning and there is no change
or let up on the itching. Pricey for results we didn't get.

Special note from Dinovite: Please take advantage of our 90 day guarantee. Dinovite does not work for every dog and this is why we offer the 90 day risk free trial. You may want to look into our homemade dog food recipes, these work for many dogs.

  34. From Lethargic to

Posted by Sheryl on Jun 12th 2015

We have a 16 year old Springer Spaniel who has soreness from years and years of Frisbee play. He has always had a sensitivity to fleas, but also to the preventatives for those, so at times throughout his life,he has lost most of his fur until we could get the flea situation under control. When I learned about the differences in dog food, that helped a bit with his itching, too, but didn't fix the whole problem. This summer, he got so bad that I was ready to pick up the phone to have him put down. He couldn't get up or down our porch stairs and was in so much pain that he wouldn't let us touch him to help. I was in tears a lot of the time. Then my husband said to try your product that he'd heard about on the radio, so we ordered it and we now have a young-acting dog! He is still old, LOL, but most people don't know it when they first meet him. He often forgets that he's not a puppy and takes off after squirrels or bunnies along the edge of our property. The stairs rarely bother him, anymore. I don't know how much longer he will be with us, but he is at least enjoying the time he has left with less pain, more energy and enthusiasm...and his fur grew back just in time for this very cold winter! Thank you so much.

My dogs are doing great with dinovite! I have 2 border collies and a 13 year old border mix. They all have beautiful coats, great energy even the 13 year old. My 8 year old, every fall, would get paws that were red and swollen. We would be at the vets getting some help for him. After having dinovite for 6 months before fall, he did not have a paw problem this year. I believe dinovite helped!

I was shy and timid, my coat was thin and and patchy with itchy spots I was scratching up a storm. Grandma looked up Dinovite and discussed it with Mark. Well let me tell you we had instant relief and before long my coat grew thicker and the hot spots were gone I am now into my next box and look forward to a happy healthy life. Thank you Chase.

Posted by Tiderinsider on Jun 12th 2015

Our yellow lab (Belle) would only shed twice a year, but each time it lasted for 6 months! Before we tried Dinovite, there were always big piles of hair in certain corners of the house where Belle passed frequently. After about 60 days of using Dinovite, those hair balls have virtually disappeared. In fact, our house cleaner asked me if we had been away for a while because Belle's hair was conspicuously absent in the usual places. This stuff works! Doesn't smell all that great, but it could smell like dog pooh for all I care. And, I no longer have Belle's hair all over my pants and socks when I get to work!!!

Posted by Dixie on Jun 12th 2015

The Vets could offer us no solutions for our pup's itchy and scratchy show. In desperation I took a chance on this product. It took over two months to kick in - now as we are finishing up our first box she is pretty much scratch free. I would say that her itching is now in a normal range. She looks great and her fur is growing in very shiny and black. My husband wants to stop feeding Dinovite to see if it comes back. I have no interest in that route, and will be purchasing on a regular basis. Thank you for a great product and wonderful caring service.

My girls Cassie and Leftee, Border Collie (45 lbs) and Min Pin Pomeranian (22lbs) had a bad problem with itching. I tried 1 box of Dinovite for medium dogs cuz of the price they had to split it. I used as directed for half a box and then started to double dose it, also as directed. I ordered a second box and continued to double dose both dogs, 2 scoops per day for Cassie and 1 1/4th for Leftee. I'm @ about 65 days, they are both better , specially Cassie but she still itches pretty regular. They say it may take 90 days so I will order another box and hope for the best.

  41. We LOVE it!

Posted by Maverick & Figaro on Jun 12th 2015

Hi, I'm Maverick, I'm a 4 y.o. Brittany and I'm writing this with my brother from another species Figaro, who is a 1 y.o. tuxedo cat. We have hijacked our human mom's computer to write a review about Dinovite and how much we LOVE it! See, our mom has recently discovered this human grass stuff, which both Fig and I discovered one morning by dumping it all over her bed and licking it up! Boy, was she mad! It was yummy tho! So, our human grandma told our mom about Dinovite which she heard advertised on her talky radio. Mom looked up the ingredients and what the benefits were and figured it was much easier than us spilling and licking up her expensive shake! I'm much shiny-er, shed less and actually eat my food other than my cat brothers food! Both Fig and Minuit, mom says look like "Black oil slicks" because they are so shiny! We don't hear her complaining as much as she did in the past about white and black hair all over her clothes! With my food, I've become quite picky.....if it doesn't have at least the LickOChops Omega 3 on it, I won't eat it! I turn up my nose and wait until mom puts it on! The cat's also lick their bowls clean which they never did, usually they would "bury" it and walk away! Oh, well, I must close now, mom is coming and I don't want to get caught! Hope your dogs and cats love Dinovite as much as we do!

  42. Easy to use

Posted by MrsRabk on Jun 12th 2015

We got a 9 month old pup from a breeder who had been returned by the original purchaser. She had no shots, no vet care no socialization and was a nervous scratcher.
I had heard about Dinovite long before we had a dog so I ordered it right away. Although she didn't have any skin problems, we knew that commercial dog food, even the best dog food, lacks certain nutrients.
She loves the product! Licks her bowl clean now. She sheds very little and her coat is much softer than it was when we got her.
I will continue to use your product as long as we have a dog in our home.

I tried this on my Sadie. She recovered almost immediately from her constant itching and hair falling out....Her coat became beautiful and she didn't itch much at all (all dogs itch some). Then all of a sudden she began to refuse any food with Dinovite...I was devastated. I went for weeks until one day I tried fixing a hamburger patty and put the Dinovite on it and she ate it like it was steak. I have been cooking hamburger every day since and she is back to where she was before. This is a great product. I was so thankful that my neighbor suggested it to me. Sadie thanks you too....I am almost ready for my next shipment.

Posted by Mandy Pandy on Jun 12th 2015

This is the first review I have EVER done for anything! My Cairn Terrier had lost a lot of hair and was digging and scratching constantly. The vet wanted to run tests, etc. I heard about Dinovite and decided to give it a try. Her hair came back in perfectly. And of course, after several months I backed off on the Dinovate thinking maybe it wasn't the Dinovite that helped her. I was wrong! She started getting bald spots again and scratched and chewed herself. So back on the Dinovite! Her hair came back into the bald spots and she is doing great. Love this stuff; you can't go wrong by giving it a try.

I have been feeding DINOVITE to my dogs for 33 days and wow ! I have a Border Collie and an Australian Shepard, both have been itching, licking, etc.. My dogs were scratching and biting themselves 24/7 it was terrible ! I had heard your ad for DINOVITE on the radio for a long time and kept thinking it was just another gimmick to make money but I had to try it for the sake of my dogs, I felt so bad watching them in misery. I got started feeding them DINOVITE and also added the superomega fish oil, I noticed some changes in the Collie in about 10 days, she stopped scratching and her skin was clearing up. The biggest changes took place in about 15 days, both dogs skin had cleared up and no more scratching and biting ! I cannot believe the difference, both are about 8 years old and now wanting to play again and acting like they did years ago. They are not the same dogs it is a miracle what Dinovite has done for them. All I can say is thank you ! and Missy and Zoey both thank you.

Posted by TBearra on Jun 12th 2015

Like others, I didn't trust radio ads, but honestly I had run out of other options. My 10-year-old Westie has had problems for as long as I can remember. Let's just say you could smell him before you saw him coming. I can't even count the times I've had him to take him for care.

We are about 2 months into the supplement and the turn around is amazing! I'm only sorry I didn't take pictures when we first started it to now, what a difference. His ears are a light pink again with NO black!! In addition, they are so soft instead of crusty. I also changed to a better brand of dog food in this process after reading more on the subject here.

This is the first review I've ever written on any product, but I felt compelled to encourage others to give this a try. I'm only sorry I didn't try it sooner.

  47. Dinovite Does Work

Posted by Dinovite Does Work on Jun 12th 2015

After about 5-7 days we started to notice a significant improvement in our dogs coat. It appeared shiny and a little darker as it should have. We also noticed at the same time that her itching slowed down about 50% and after about 4 weeks it was down to about 85%. Hot weather here in Texas and mosquitos seemed to be the remainder of the scratching. About to order my next 90 day supply and I would not if I did not think this was beneficial for my dog. Although the price for me is a little high, when you break it up over 3 months it is a pretty good investment, especially for the quality of life we want our dog to have.

  48. Unbelieveable

Posted by sydney's mom on Jun 12th 2015

Unfortunately, I have to say something no woman wants to hear - my husband was right. He had been after me for a long time to try Dinovite for our rescue dog Nadia. She has had chronic problems since we got her 5 yrs ago and she was on 3 different things for her skin which was always balding with spots. The vet did not help. I would pat her stomach and tell her that her skin felt as soft and bare as a baby's behind. She always smelled and you had to wash your hands after petting her. Well, those days are over my friend. Within 2 weeks of starting Dinovite, while still in the partial serving phase, we noticed her coat looking better. Then hair started growing where I had not seen it in a long time. I believe she is only about half way through her 90 day trial but almost all of her hair has grown back (no more soft baby's behind skin on her chest). We were very surprised also to see hair growing between the pads on her feet so thick that she now walks on it. I had never seen that before. So the good and bad news is that my husband was right (why is that so difficult to say?!). I have now started my little dog with the bad stomach on it. She is only about 12 days into it but she had handled it well so far without stomach problems. Thank you Dynovite. Nadia is one happy dog. What a relief for all of us.

Posted by PaulW on Jun 12th 2015

I kept hearing the Dinovite commercial on local radio so I decided to try it.
Got my order about 9 weeks ago but I decided to double up on daily serving since my mixed breed rescue had skin problems. He was also shedding so much I killed 2 vacuum cleaners trying to keep up with the hair.

I am very happy to report that 'Oskar' has shown huge improvement with both problems and his coat is nice and shiny again. His activity level has increased
to the point of being a pest but I will put up with it. Now he is a 85 pound wiggle butt, jumping in my lap whenever I sit in my recliner, and that is a real change from just being listless laying in his crate.. I blame this on Dinovite he loves it mixed in his dry food..

Got to order LG size ASAP.

    Review #1.
After only 5 days of introducing Dinovite into my Pugs diet he begin to pee blood clots so of course it was back to the vet we went. After speaking to 2 different vets that have seen numerous pets of ours we were convinced that Dinovite is not a healthy supplement for pets. I would strongly suggest speaking to a veterinarian before purchasing Dinovite.

    Review #2
I find it interesting how Dinovite charges almost $15 for shipping and it takes a week to recieve the product, while just days after I expressed my concern about the rediculous shipping prices they offer a special for $5 shipping. I wish I had done just a little more research before making my purchase. I will definately be receiving my refund for the products I purchased.

    Review #3
Why is it that Dinovite only posts positive reviews? I know of a number of reviews made from several customers that did not get posted. The only reason I know of that would explain this is that Dinovite does not post any of their negative reviews in fear of the truth being exposed.
Hey Dinovite people, go F**K YOURSELVES!!!!!!

    Comment from Dinovite:

Dinovite is a whole food supplement . Dinovite provides vitamins, trace minerals, digestive enzyme, digestive cultures, omega 3 fatty acids and delicate nutrients. Dinovite is not a medication. Improving the nutrient content of your dog's food can not cause your dog to pee blood clots. It sounds like your dog may have a medical condition, possibly bladder stones or a bladder infection.

Shipping: We do not bump up the price of shipping, we actually pass on our discounted UPS rate. Also, we offer flat rate "$4.99" shipping on orders of $59 or more. This offer is displayed on our front page with a large banner and automatically calculated for qualifying orders. We have made this offer for about a year now.

Reviews: Most of our reviews are positive because we have lots of happy customers and great products. Will they work for every pet? No, of course not. In these cases we offer a 90 day money back guarantee so you can try your first Dinovite purchase without risk. Please send back your Dinovite and take advantage of the 90 day guarantee.

  54. Awesome!

Posted by PennyLady on Jun 12th 2015

We had been noticing our two girls itching for quite some time. The same areas they would just attack. They did this randomly, all day. I guess they are called problem spots. After examining the youngest I found ugly red sores in those areas. Weekly I would wash those areas with an antibacterial soap and apply Neosporin. It seemed to help for the moment, but she just keep reopening the sores, that is when I started researching what could be done.

Also When we first got our 2nd dog (Japanese Chin) her coat was beautiful and soft. We had been trying to get it back that way using many other methods. More time consuming and expensive methods. Nothing worked.

I came across your website, researched and read the testimonials all over the net. I thought they were worth the try & expense. They have both been using dinovite for the 90 day month period. We are now waiting for our next 90 day delivery. We are sold. They smell better, there coats are very soft absolutely gorgeous, and most importantly, NO MORE UGLY RED SORES, the itching for both of them has decreased to almost nil!

This product works. We are very grateful that there is something out there that really focuses on dog health that actually works! Penny & Lady and family say woof and thank you. :)

Note from Dinovite: This is an example of how a "nutritional deficiency disease" and it's symptoms were misdiagnosed as some other medical problem. If it was "medical" the medicine and treatments used would have worked and cured the disease. But with "nutritional deficiency diseases" would be, the cure comes when the missing nutrients in the diet are supplied.

My short & stubby Lab (Sammy) has the typical Lab shedding problem. Looks like the center of a tornado with all the debris coming off his body when he shakes! We occasionally call him "pig pen". One must give this product the full 90 days to make your decision on effectiveness for your pet. His shedding is at least 80% less than usual in addition to the wonderful benefits to his coat. We are hopping to see an improvement in allergy symptoms also. There was some confusion about my reorder, which I ordered the liquid since the powder leaves such a mess in the bowl and they have discontinued what I ordered. I am in the process of getting this streightened out.

  60. dissappointed

Posted by beans mom on Jun 12th 2015

it states 90 day supply on the boy that we spent $75 dollars on we followed the directions where it states start at 1/4 prescribed amt then work up to 2 scoops per ten pounds, I have a 60 pound English Bulldog so that takes 6 scoops a day ..... its been 29 days I have maybe 4 days left I have even reduced his intake to last till out next order comes in. I am bothered that it states 90 days and does not even come close to the dosage suggested! It really does work however paying $75 every 30 days is too expensive to maintain and I now have to look for alternatives which is a shame because this product really works.

***Special note from Dinovite: I think there has been some confusion here, I hope I can clarify. Each box has a different size scoop included in the box and the correct serving size is 1 scoop per day, there are 90 servings per box. If your dog has severe "nutritional deficiency disease symptoms" then you can double the servings and the box will last 45 days. Also, if you are using the medium dog box, this is the wrong size for your dog. I would recommend the "large dog box" and feed 1 scoop per day and it will last 90 days, and cost approximately $25 per month for the Dinovite.

Maizy was severely itchy to the point where she was 'digging' into her skin on her back to the point where it became large missing hair patches and raw skin/bleeding. The vet prescribed steroids and if your dog has ever been on them, you know it's a long process and not fun for the dogs - constantly drinking and I wonder if it affects the liver too.

So the steroids eventually cleared the issue up, for the most part, but within a week the condition started again. Same deal, went to the vet, got the steroids and after the treatment the condition came back.

My wife read about Dynovite so we decided to try a different approach - too many steroids cannot be good for an 8 year old dog. Well, it took about a month or so of giving her Dynovite and all of a sudden I saw hair growing back and no digging/scratching.

As of today - nearly a year later, the condition never came back. She actually loves the Dynovite and when it's the only thing left in her bowl (we don't use water) she licks it clean.

Kudos to Dynovite for providing a safer alternative. And she does seem more active and her coat is better!

  64. Very pleased already

Posted by One Miserable Puggle on Jun 12th 2015

My husband heard of Dino-Vite through a radio ad and thought we should give it a try on our puggle Wally. Wally has always had skin issues including skin infections that lead to ear infections, hot spots, constant scratching and licking, breakouts, lethargic and that funny hound odor. Our vet also informed us that he may have a beef allergy and that was why he was having issues. (turning out to be false) We have been using Dino-Vite for a little over a month now and Wally is doing sooooo much better! He is not as itchy as he was before, smells great and has a ton more energy! Now we know that this is a 3 month process but I just had to share our progress so far after 1 month. I have to say that this is the smartest move we have made for him and I'm so glad that he's back to his confident prancing self! Thank you Dino-Vite for improving the quality of our dog's life! We are so grateful!!!

  65. Awesome Product - the BEST!

Posted by JEM on Jun 12th 2015

I can't say enough about how wonderful your product is. I tell everyone at work - for the most part we are all dog lovers. I have a 5yr old lab, an 8 year old beagle and a 13 year old allergy terrier. All on Dinovite and all happier, more energetic, better coats, better appetites, and no more skin or ear problems - spent a ton of $$$ at the vet and the ear problems just went on and on. Now, they're all great. Saw vet today for a dental follow up and she couldn't believe it had been months since any of my dogs have had a visit for ear ailments. Told her it was all due to Dinovite. Heck, I even told people in her waiting room. I tell other customers in Petco and PetSmart. Surprised I haven't been run out of any of these places yet. I'm just waiting for my vet to ask to carry it! Love it, love it, love it! Thanks a blue million.

  67. Much better breath!

Posted by MikeS on Jun 12th 2015

I'm about 1/3 of the way through the first box I ordered and I'm starting to see some results. I have 3 small dogs, and I have noticed quite an improvement in the smell of their breath. Their coats seem to be more shiny too. I haven't seen a big improvement in the shedding yet, but I'm hopeful. My one dog that scratches a lot is still scratching, but it seems to be getting a little better. I'm hoping for big improvements by the time the box is empty. I will order more though, just to help with their breath!

  68. Finally Relief!

Posted by Katelind on Jun 12th 2015

I have had my cocker spaniel Lexie for 7 years and she has had a continuing problem with itching and scratching. I had her tested and she is allergic to mold! I put her on the shots to de-sensitive her last Fall - and she had a miserable Fall. She chewed around her tail so much that the hair was gone. She was keeping me awake at night with her scratching. Plus the shedding was unbelievable - I picked up enough hair to stuff a pillow almost every day. In desperation I ordered Dinovite in January. She has been on it now about 2 1/2 months and we are seeing great results. I honestly don't know how much the shots helped and how much of it was attributable to Dinovite. But, the itching has almost stopped completely and so has the shedding. Best of all, her hair has grown back around her tail and looks smooth and glossy. She practically inhales her food mixed with the Dinovite and Super Omega! Only problem I have had was controlling the flow of the Super Omega - when you take off the inner seal, it comes out like gangbusters! I am renewing her shots, just to be safe, and will order again as soon as I find my discount coupon! I am also recommending this to my friend who has a "stinky" dog! Quick update: I went out of town last weekend and kenneled Lexie. She did not get the Dinovite while I was gone - three days. This week the scratching seemed to start up again. But she is back on Dinovite and I will make sure she gets it next time I have to kennel her!

  69. Worked well

Posted by Sparky on Jun 12th 2015

I've used this supplement for my 4 year old tree walker coon hound/maybe jack russel mix. She was itching a great deal before this supplement. After about 6 weeks she decreased her itching a large amount to almost nothing. And now, 3 months later, she rarely itches. Her coat is beautiful and shiny. I had to take her to the vet about a month ago and the staff would stare at her and commented multiple times on how pretty she is. Although I think she's pretty I think it was the shine of her coat and how smooth her coat felt that made them comment. And I might add she has a lot of energy.

  70. Shedding has significantly reduced

Posted by Ladyprof on Jun 12th 2015

I have had Lucy about 6 months. She is a 10 month old smooth fox terrier (I think). Anyway, I adore her, but every day I would pick up enough fur to make another Lucy. I heard about Dinovite on the radio and ordered it along with the Lick-o-chops. I don't know when the shedding began to slow down. All I know is that I have used Dinovite and Lick-o-Chops for a month or so--and the shedding is almost gone. Hooray! I plan to try your raw recipe next.

  72. Questionable

Posted by Sparkys Mom on Jun 12th 2015

I received this product for a very itchy, stinky, losing lots of hair Pug. We have been giving him this product for 3 weeks and I have seen no improvements. In fact, I feel the issues have gotten worse. I am going to continue to use the product for the full 90 days with prayers it will finally work. I am at my wits end on what else can be done. He is misable and it breaks my heart! I will keep you all informed.

**Note from Dinovite: Thank you for this review…however, please understand that Dinovite comes in a 90 day box because it's a 90 day process. We sent an email to you on Sept. 12, 2 days ago, stating that your dog may seem worse at this stage of the process. It looks like we have sent 3 emails in the past 3 weeks with tips and information but none have been opened. Please check your spam folder and find them. This info. is invaluable and can really help as you move through this process.

  73. Worked for us

Posted by Jody on Jun 12th 2015

My dog had seasonal itching problems. Every spring he would itch himself crazy. My parents bought this for him to try. We kept him on it through the spring and he did great and had very minimal itching. Really just normal dog itching. Then winter came and we were concerned about spending so much on this product so we decided to just give it to him during the spring. Start in February and then stop in june. Well apparently his itching is now in August/September too. He's itching so much it is keeping me awake at night. Went to pet smart to see if there was something cheaper that might give the same benefit and the specialist said there was no way to tell and suggested I stick with Dinovite because it already worked. Done! Just ordered more! Worked for my dog! Labradoodle with wiry hair and sheds like nobody's business!!! Oh, and did not help with shedding. That remained the same.

  74. Different dog

Posted by Barbara on Jun 12th 2015

I got my boxer after she gave birth to for large german shepherd mix puppies. They almost killed her. She was on antibiotics almost continually. She had knee problems, allergies, and she stunk. The vet said "I think you got a lemon" Dinovite and a good grain free dog food turned her around. People who saw her when I got her don't believe it's the same dog. She is a high energy good looking boxer with great muscle tone and pretty much off the antibiotics.

  75. Not for my dog

Posted by cak on Jun 12th 2015

I've tried everything to get my dog to eat his, even the smallest little bit in the bottom of her bowl, but she hates the texture. After one month, she hasn't eaten one full bowl of food so it's going back. Eating a whole bowl of food without Dinovite has to be better than eating at half a bowl with Dinovite. They also depict a scoop to an entire bowl of food. My dogs doesn't eat that much food so a 2 ounce scoop of Dinovite is a lot compared to a cup and a half of food.

  76. Only thing that helped

Posted by Theresa on Jun 12th 2015

My ex-father in law came to visit my daughters and felt so bad for my shepherd losing his hair and acting weird, he bought Dinovite for him. I felt bad for my ex-father in law, because I thought he got caught up in fancy advertising. I expected nothing. Well, it's the only thing that worked--he has beautiful fur and no scratching or biting himself anymore. He never had fleas, ticks, mites, etc, and my vet prescribed antibiotics and prednisone after tests showed nothing, but nothing made his skin/fur healthy or helped with the weird nervousness he started having. He just went 2 months without Dinovite, and his allergies/weirdness are coming back. Ordering again---bald German Shepherds are NOT cute!

  80. I'm a believer!

Posted by Jean on Jun 12th 2015

We adopted a shelter dog in February 2014. He had been a stray for some time and was very underweight. He didn't seem to like the kibble that the shelter had fed him, so we got him a natural food and began adding Dinovite to his dinner portion. While he would nibble on the kibble during the day, he devoured his dinner with the Dinovite "gravy." His weight and his coat are so much better after his first 90 days of Dinovite. My daughter brings her pit bull for visits now and then. The pit has always been a finicky eater, but she devours the food with the Dinovite gravy as well. I just placed my second order!

My boxer had a terrible skin condition for YEARS. We tried everything we could: hypoallergenic baths, grain-free dog foods, the high-end dog foods, skin creams . . . nothing worked. But Dinovite HELPED HER! Dinovite turned her once balding fur into a thick, shiny coat. She doesn't scratch anymore!!! I can't say enough good things about this. Thank you, Dinovite!

My Beckett was constantly itching, puss in the eyes and chewing off his hair on his hind legs. I got him on the raw meat and dinovite diet and within the month he was cured. I didn't want to put him on medications and pay for prescriptions. I was skeptical at first when I heard this product advertised on the radio, but IT WORKS!!!

  84. Give it the full 90 days!

Posted by Boykin Spaniel Mom on Jun 12th 2015

I had to review this product. Have a 3-yr. old Boykin Spaniel. Always itched a lot, but no mites, hot spots, yeast infections, just ITCHY. So bad, he would stop playing just to turn around and chew somewhere on his body - tried food substitutions - the good, expensive food(!), no grain, different meats, fewer bathes, more bathes, different shampoos. So frustrating for us and the dog! Finally, my Mom insisted that we try Dinovite - she heard about it on the radio. With nothing left to try we ordered. Started giving it to him and nothing... and after a month, nothing..., after two months, nothing... Switched his food again and bingo! he stopped itching, I mean really stopped itching - it was amazing. But wait, was it the Dinovite or the food? Stopped the Dinovite and within two weeks, back to same old itching. Waited another two weeks, but itching persisted. Put him back on Dinovite and within two weeks, itching stopped again! It was the Dinovite and if we had given up at day 60, we would have never found out. I read some reviews where people said it worked right away, but I'm here to tell you that won't work for every dog. It finally worked somewhere around the 60-75th day. The dog is SO much happier and so are we! Just re-ordered our 90-day supply.

My young, small house dog had lost most of her hair and had an unpleasent smell, scrached constantly. The vet gave her steroid shots, but said they wern't good for her, I heard about Dinavite over the raido. Skepticly ordered it and within three months she was back to normal. I recomend it to everyone, who loves there dogs. I keep it on hand and use it regularly. Much cheeper than steroids and no bad side effects.

  86. I only wish I'd bought it sooner!

Posted by JayGee on Jun 12th 2015

Our French Brittany, Ranger, has struggled with itchy skin, flea sensititivity, etc. most of his life. Sometimes we could get it under control, other times not so much. We tried a great many different foods, pharma solutions, etc. Sometimes he lost most of his coat around his tail. As he got older the condition worsened and he was miserable much of the time, despite our vet's best efforts. I'd heard the commercials on the radio, so I bought the Dinovite and the fish oil. After about 3 weeks my initially skeptical wife could clearly see the difference. After 2 months, his coat is full and shiny; he's more eneretic - acts like a pup again, and he's 13. Dinovite has been an unqualified success for our dog.

We're purchasing lick-o-chops with it on this second order, hoping it will work as well as the dinovite/fish oil combination. We'd like to not have the fish oil odor in the house. But if we need to, we'll go back to it. It's joy to see our dog so healthy and happy.

  87. Amazing difference within 3 weeks

Posted by Maddie on Jun 12th 2015

I am often suspicious of product reviews, that is, until my dog started using Dinovite. She is a 5 y/o Rhodesian Ridgeback that would itch constantly and shed profusely. Within three weeks of starting her on Dinovite her coat was shiny, the color of her hair darkened, and her itching ceased. She no longer sheds around the house, and she is all around more playful and relaxed. I mix a full scoop of Dinovite in with 8-10 ounces of chopped boneless skinless chicken breast once each day. She weighs approximately 50 pounds so I also feed her 8 ounces of Science Diet dry dog food each day, and she drinks about 40 ounces of water per day. She is healthy, lean, and energetic. Honestly, Dinovite has revived my dog to excellent health.

  90. The only thing that works for Reggie!

Posted by Lorraine on Jun 12th 2015

I have a large min pin who, for over a year, has been licking his front legs. This is so severe that it bleeds. The vet has him on prozac and benedryl because we cannot figure out if it is all in his head or an allergic reaction to something.I have tried different foods, to no avail. Last year, when I started these meds, I also added Dinovite to the routine. He stopped the licking and his legs began to heal. The resulting calluses from the healed wounds began to grow fur again.
Then, I decided to eliminate these products, one by one to see which one is the working ingredient. When I ran out of Dinovite, that was the first to go. Then, the prozac. Finally he was only on Benedryl and the the itching/licking came back. Back on the prozac - which had to take several weeks to kick in - no improvement. Back to Dinovite - and now he seems to be doing so much better. Still a bit of licking, but a clear improvement.

  91. Highly recommend

Posted by Wheatie on Jun 12th 2015

We have a Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier named Ruger. When we got him as a puppy he started having skin issues which Wheaten dogs tend to get. Their skin is very sensitive and can be easily irritated from anything from grass to an occasional flea bite outside etc. He was getting sore spots on his stomach area and would lick at them making them very red and irritated. We started giving him Dinovite when he was a puppy and now he is 11 months old. His skin cleared up, it's smooth with no redness at all , no marks, nothing. This is absolutely the best thing we could of ever did for our dog. He eats it mixed with his food dry and he loves it. I would highly recommend this product. It's the best thing for your pet and prevents alot of unecessary vet bills.
