A: No, Dinovite is a powder that is the consistency of flour and ground coffee mixed together. It is designed to be mixed with your dog’s food. Here are some supplement feeding tips you might find useful.
Q: Can I feed Dinovite to my pregnant or nursing dog?
A: Yes, Dinovite is safe and healthy for pregnant and nursing dogs. Remember, Dinovite is not a medication but a nutritional supplement. It is great for your dog’s overall health. As breeders, the health of our rat terriers is very important to us! We have been feeding this supplement to all of our dogs, including our pregnant and nursing mothers, for many years. I will tell you - they do great and they are healthy - they produce healthy milk and raise healthy puppies.
Q: Can I feed Dinovite to my puppy?
A: Yes, Dinovite is safe and healthy for puppies! In fact, I put this supplement in every meal we feed to our own rat terrier puppies, starting with the very first! The puppies do great!
Q: What size container of Dinovite should I buy for my dog?
A: Here is a good rule of thumb. Try to get as close to a 3 month supply as you can for your size dog. It is important to remember that it can take some time to turn your dog’s health around. We say 3 months because most people will see results in that amount of time. However, some of you are staring at some pretty sick puppies who have been that way for quite some time. These cases can take even longer.
So buy enough to give Dinovite a fair shake.
The 3 Pint jar is great for small dogs like Chihuahuas, Yorkies, Jack Russells and small Beagles. This is about a 90 day supply for your 10-15 pound dog.
The gallon pail is great for medium sized dogs like smaller Retrievers, Border Collies, Shepherds and similar sized dogs. It's about a 90 day supply for your 30-40 pound dog.
