One the great tragedies we see from time to time is the customer who buys our products, uses them for a few weeks and then want to return them for a refund because "it didn't work" or "My dog won't eat it." First of all, we will refund their purchase price of their first order, no matter the reason if it's within our return guidelines. Depending on the circumstances and history of the animal, they may have just been beginning to benefit from our products.

Over a year and a half ago I bought Dinovite for my two golden retrievers after listening to your XM radio commercials. The 11 lbs tub. My dogs would not eat it at all. I gave up on trying to feed it to them. I was clearing out the pantry about two months ago and there was the tub of Dinovite. I was trying to justify throwing it away to get more space. I decided to try calling to get a refund for it. I was reading the label to get the contact information when I noticed the feeding instructions. Mix a little water with it so it sticks to the food. The water also activates the active ingredients in the Dinovite. I realized when I originally tried to feed it to the dogs I just put it dry on their dry food. Did I make such a simple mistake not reading the instructions?
(As a side note my female golden of 14 years died last Christmas and only my 7 year old male remains. Not having a companion with him at home took it's toll. His hair was falling out and he was having issues with ear infections and a skin rash. Not a little but alot. The vet had us using special shampoos, vitamins, everything but the kitchen sink. Nothing was working. My remaining dog was slowly falling apart.)
This led me to think about trying the Dinovite one last time. Imagine if the fact that I did not take the time to read the instructions was the only problem with my dog eating it. I feed him the Dinovite that evening. Surprisingly when wetted the difference was night and day. Even more astonishing was the transformation in just two months with his skin issues, hair loss, and ear problems. I started him the beginning of January, it's now the end of February. I have a new dog. His coat has grown back full, the skin rash has disappeared, ear infections gone. before you could run your hands thru his coat and get hands full of hair off of him. Now almost nothing. to think I was a few second from throwing Dinovite in the trash. It turned out to be the real solution to my dogs issues.

Pet's respond differently
