My dogs story is a long one but I wil try to do a short version. Sage is a 1 and a half year old Weimaraner. At about 8 months Sage began vomiting on a nightly basis. She began to lose weight quickly. Our vet tried 8 medications, 4 blood tests, 3 sets of xrays, stool and urine cultures, AND an exploratory surgery with biopsies of all major organs.
The clearest answer we got (which was vague and to date I beleive incorrect) was that she had IBD (Irritable Bowel Disorder). The vet put her on Prednisone with promises of miraculous results. Sage continued to lose weight while on a perscription Eukanuba dog food and high doses of Prednisone.
After three thousand dollars and 5 months nothing seemed to be working. The vomiting had stopped but she continued to lose weight. She had gone from 70 lbs to 40 lbs and was not looking well. During the last visit my vet basically told me there were no other options and it did not look like Sage would recover. I weaned Sage off the Prednisone and was expecting that she would eventually pass away.
While researching canine diseases (as I still was not comfortable with what I had been told) I came across your link. The description of dogs with chronic weight loss sounded exactly like what we were seeing in Sage. No amount of food seemed enough...as if it was going right through her. I figured I had nothing to lose, as we were preparing to lose our pet to this illness, so I ordered your product.
We have been using this product for about 2 months. I weighed Sage today and she is back up to 51 lbs....the highest since before the surgery. We are noticing muscle tone returning in her legs and she is very energetic. Your product, so far, seems to be a magical cure for our dog and we are amazed. We tell everyone we know about it.
