We ship to the USA.
In the Contiguous U.S.(lower 48 states) only, shipping is a flat rate of $8.99 or it’s free for any order of $35+. We do not offer flat rate or free shipping outside of the Contiguous U.S.
In the US, most orders ship UPS Surepost, which is picked up by UPS and delivered to your local post office. Your local post office will deliver to you, whether you have a P.O Box or a street/physical address. Some packages will ship UPS end to end and a P.O. Box cannot be used.
Your shipping options will be given at checkout. If you need something different, please contact us at 859-428-1000 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Eastern time. We cannot promise that we can change the shipping methods but we will do our best and there may be additional charges associated with changes.
NOTE: If your package has been delivered to your local post office and seems to be stuck, please contact your local post office. Your local post office will not give us details about your package, nor can we resolve this for you.
